As I've been cooking almost strictly with things in our pantry, I invented a chocolate ice cream recipe out of necessity. Stef says it is the best chocolate ice cream she has ever had period, which is praise she does not give out easily...
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
dissolve in saucepan, refrigerate
Add 1c whipping cream
1c sweetened condensed milk
Freeze.
Obviously this is not a healthy recipe.
